Damaged items?

If things should go awry for any reason, please be sure to return all damaged or defective items with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it.  Let us know on the back of the invoice why you're returning your item(s) and if you'd like a refund or a replacement.

Refunds?

All refunds (including appl. tax & shipping charges) will be credited to the card used to make your purchase.  We'll work tirelessly to make sure you're refunded as quickly as possible.

Our promise

We promise to do everything we can to make sure you get what you ordered in the condition we said it'd be in & in a timely fashion.  We can't guarantee there won't be a disgruntled postal worker between our door and yours that breaks every item marked "fragile" on his/her route or that there won't be some other crazy mishap that's out of our hands; but we'll do the right thing every time to make you as happy as we can.

No, we don't share your personal info with ANYONE.  Come to think of it, we don't even know how to do that.  lol.
